Our Team

A team of dedicated professionals are available to assist our clients and their pets. Our client service representatives will offer any information you may need prior to your arrival via telephone and greet you to begin your visit. Once checked in, our technicians & veterinary assistants will collaborate with your veterinarian and oversee all aspects of your pet's care. They will be sure you understand all recommendations made & are comfortable with any medications that may have been prescribed at the visit before you go home.



Eileen

Client Service Representative (Manager): Eileen

Eileen has been with the SVH team since Summer 2021.  She grew up in New York, and previously worked in the veterinary field in Las Vegas and Denver before moving to PA with her husband.  She has a rescue mutt named Ruby and a diabetic tabby cat named Picasso, who currently keep her busy and entertained everyday.  She loves all animals, and enjoys being an advocate for our clients and their pets.  In her free time, she likes to enjoy nature with her dog, travel with her husband & family, and all things music and gardening.


Mary Kay

Client Service Representative: Mary Kay

Mary Kay joined the SVH team in September 2018 as a CSR and has had past experience working in both human and veterinary medicine. Mary Kay graduated from Robert Morris University with an Associates Degree in Business Administration. She has been breeding and showing Bull Terriers for the past 12 years, from which she has developed friendships with her fellow breeders and co-owners. Mary Kay and her husband Dave have 3 bull terriers Erma, Rizzo and Bella. Mary Kay enjoys spending time attending dog shows, breeding and hiking with her dogs.


Anna

Veterinary Technician: Anna

Anna joined the SVH team in January 2019. She graduated from the Vet Tech Institute of Pittsburgh in 2012. She has previous work experience at PVSEC as an Emergency and Critical Care Technician and at Animal Friends as a technician in their High-Volume Spay and Neuter program. Growing up, animals were always a passion of hers. Anna has 2 pets of her own at this time, Petrie and Spike who were both cats rescued from Animal Friends. Anna’s hobbies include finding new places to explore, kayaking, and traveling. Anna is so proud to be part of such a great team!


Allyson

Certified Veterinary Technician: Allyson

Allyson joined SVH in February 2022. She graduated from the Vet Tech Institute and obtained her license in 2017. She has gotten back into the field after taking some time off because animal medicine is her true passion. She doesn’t currently have any pets of her own but plans to change that soon


Alea

Veterinary Assistant: Alea

Alea has been with the SVH team since 2017. Her passion has always been working with animals since she was a little girl. After high school she attended Sanford Brown for veterinary technology and graduated in 2012.  Alea is  a mother to a handsome little boy, who has always been her biggest blessing. She has a cat named Connor who was rescued from Animal Friends in 2018. Connor has been a perfect companion for her son. Alea looks forward to growing with the SVH team.


Adrienne

Veterinary Assistant: Adrienne

Adrienne joined the SVH team in March of 2021. She grew up in Youngstown Ohio and moved to the Pittsburgh area in October of 2019 with her fiance. She has over 7 years of experience working in the veterinary field ranging from shelter work, general practice clinics, and specialty practice in Dermatology. Adrienne will be graduating with her A.S. degree in Veterinary Technology in 2022 through Penn Foster, and after getting her license she would like to further her education by obtaining her B.S. in Veterinary Technology. Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys spending time with her fiance and Chihuahua mix Nova, going to hockey games, reading, and traveling to Ohio to spend time with family.


Maci

Veterinary Assistant: Maci

Maci joined the SVH team in November 2022 as a veterinary assistant. Maci graduated from the BCCTC Veterinary Assistant Program in the spring of 2022. She now attends Penn Foster for the Veterinary Technician Program. Outside of SVH Maci enjoys training with her three dogs; Annie Jo, Goose and Ally, she also has a handsome horse; Shadow

Veterinary Assistant: Taylor

Taylor joined SVH team in March 2023 as a veterinary assistant. Taylor graduated from the BCCTC Veterinary Assistant Program in 2020.  She has 2 rats, Splint and LuLu, and a dog named Daisy. She saved a litter of kittens as well as the momma from the cold and now currently has 6 cats in her household. Outside of SVH she loves being outdoors, going on walks, and spending time with her family.
